What is neuropedagogy?

Neuropedagogy can be defined as an approach integrating both knowledge and tools from:

1. Pedagogy (set of methods and practices required to transmit knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills).

2. Psychology , for example, using aptitude tests or IQ tests.

3. Neuroscience contributes to a better understanding of brain function. One of the key discoveries of neuroscience is that of brain plasticity.

Brain plasticity is defined as the ability of our brain to change, particularly during learning. It manifests itself through the ability to create, undo, or reorganize neural networks and connections, or even to create new neurons (in certain regions of the brain and under certain conditions).

For us, this means that at any age, human beings can learn, develop new skills, and overcome certain disorders. To encourage these changes, it is essential to provide a framework that stimulates and facilitates the desired changes.

Through bio and neurofeedback, psychological support but also various exercises (directly linked to our daily life, computer games, construction games, cardiac coherence, etc.), we seek to stimulate our processes of learning, change and resilience.
